The Noel's - NCC StoryBrad and Keri Noel moved to Norfolk, NE in March of 2016. Below is the Noel’s “NCC Story”
The Noel's first exposure to the Norfolk Country Club was when Dick and Arnie Robinson brought Brad to the club for lunch and introduced him to club management. Brad is an avid, life-long golfer, but was more curious about what the club could offer his family: wife Keri and their twin children (daughter) Harper and (son) Hunter. Brad had just joined Norfolk Iron and Metal in the Spring of 2016 when he accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer. As the Summer quickly approached, Brad was eager for his wife to finish her Dental Hygienist job in Omaha and move the family to Norfolk. Without family or friends directly in the Norfolk area, the Noel's thought the club would be a great social platform to develop new friendships.
In their first months at the Country Club, Keri loved spending time with the kids in the pool. In their first few weeks in town, the kids both took part in the Norfolk Country Club's Junior All sport camp, where they got to spend time on the tennis courts, on the golf course and in the swimming pool. Hunter and Harper keep the young family busy with activities and Keri is loving spending time getting to know their new community. The Country Club has given her opportunities to form relationships in a quick manner. They both enjoyed the Summerfest, our member guest tournament, as well as the Aim'n Oil & Shrimp Boil in August.
Brad played in Men's Stag and Men's golf league when time would allow and he liked to spend time on the course with his family. "We are thrilled with the move to Norfolk and we are happy to be back in a smaller town to raise our kids. We are also excited to be new members at the Norfolk Country Club and we look forward to meeting all the members and utilizing the golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts for years to come."
Both parents have become active members of the club; Brad has been a member on our Membership committee—drawing on and sharing his experience from his time in Omaha. Keri has become a member of our House Committee. They have both been vital in bringing new and exciting ideas to our club. Norfolk Country Club is already a special place for their family. They look forward to many GREAT family memories. The Noel's goal is that NCC will always be here for families like theirs to enjoy.
